This is to announce adjustments to the USD prices for S/Notify Email Encryption, going effective on October 14th, 2024.
We are seeing long term decline of the USD to EUR exchange ratio. Since we sell in USD, but are located in Europe, we have to adapt to this development.
Below diagram illustrates the change during the past 12 months:
For us, this is effectively a decline of around -7% since last year. In order to make up for this, we are increasing our USD prices accordingly. For customers paying in EUR, the resulting change will (approximately) be nullified by the exchange rate.
We are going to make the price changes effective on October 14th, 2024 for S/Notify Email Encryption for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
Existing customers automatically get a 60-day price override so they can pay the lower price when they renew or purchase. They receive the renewal price override as long as they're on the same product edition and the quote is created before the renewal override date (60 days from the price change).
So renewals and quotes for renewals will be at the old price until December 12th, 2024.
Existing evaluators will receive the new price unless they have a pre-existing quote when they can purchase at the price of the quote. Atlassian quotes are usually valid for 90 days.
We therefore recommend that you obtain a quote before the price increase if you want to purchase at the old price. Note also that you can renew your existing license at the old price even if it is not going to expire within those 60 days.
