Today, Atlassian has finally approved and released the publication of S/Notify for Confluence 3.4.1 which is our first version of S/Notify for Confluence available for both Server and Data Center. S/Notify for Jira Data Center has already been around for a while.

How does this affect existing customers of S/Notify for Confluence?
Customers of Confluence Data Center must convert S/Notify to the Data Center edition if they update to version 3.4.1 or later. Atlassian will refund out any unused portion of the server app license for the purchase of a Data Center app license. Within the first 30 days of the purchase, you can receive a full refund. After 30 days of purchase, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the date from when you request the refund.

Customers of Confluence Server need not convert S/Notify to the Data Center edition if they update to a newer version. However, with Atlassian having announced the end of Server by February 2024, Server customers may want to consider to convert their Confluence instance to Data Center. If they do so, they will have to convert their S/Notify license, too.
